Description A thick woven belt sewn closed to form a loop. Decorate with horizontal brown lines on an orange brown background. Bottom edge of belt is adorned with a fringe made of flat, thin bone pieces. The bone pieces are etched with geometric shapes and ideograms representing local fauna and flora.

Provenance Collected by David Robinson during a trip to Peru from June 1955 to August 1955. Donated by David Robinson to the Stanford University Collections between 1955 and 1959.
