Description |
Six sinew strands tied to sea mammal tooth weights at one end and secured together at the other end to a leather thong. Five sea mammal teeth present, one is missing. Each tooth has been drilled through to allow the sinew to be tied. The weighted strands form a bola designed to catch birds by wrapping around their legs or wings during flight. |
