Description |
Carved walrus ivory fish hook for use in ice fishing. Rounded, oval fish-like shape with traded metal iron nail hammered through one end and bent to form a hook. Two holes drilled though the other end through which sinew cord is tied for dangling through ice. Body is blackened from fire damage. |
