Description |
Small cylindrical wooden bucket with a bone handle. Sides of bucket constructed from a single piece of flexible wood bent around a carved circular wooden base and stitched at the end with reed. A thin, rounded rectangular handle is made out of carved bone and is decorated with an incised design of arrows running along a line towards the center. The handle is attached to the bucket body by sinew cords. The bucket body is decorated with two painted red parallel lines on the outside and the inside of the bucket rim is also painted red. |
