Description |
Carved bow, light colored wooden, outer surface of shaft smooth, inner surface backed by sinew and painted red forming a rough, hard surface. Three sinew strips wound around one end of bow shaft, central grip made of (perished) brown velvet bordered by black leather with gold tooling. Carved ivory tips on both end of shaft. Two twisted leather bow strings in place. |
